ADSL Broadband Terms & Conditions
GeneralUsage
- An ADSL Broadband connection is provided in the house for the use of guests with their own computers. We supply the wireless/cable connection but not the computer or connecting cable.
- The speed is the fastest available - 1.5Mbps/256Kbps - but we do not guarantee that this speed will always be achieved.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is provided by a reputable ISP (Internet service provider) but neither we nor they can promise that there will be no down time.
- The cost is $15.00 per day or $90.00 per week and is available for all or part of your stay.
1. You warrant that in accessing and using the Service you will only use software that you are legally entitled to use.
2. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot in any way supervise, edit or control the content and form of any information or data accessed through the service and we will not be held responsible in any way for any content or information accessed via the Service.
3. We disclaim all or any liability for any material on the Internet that you may find offensive, upsetting, defamatory or personally offensive.
4. You must not access, nor permit any other party to access, the service for any purpose or activity of an illegal or fraudulent nature.
5. You will not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, copy, transfer or commercially exploit any information accessed through or received from the service that would infringe the intellectual property right of any person.
6. You are responsible for preparing and maintaining sufficient back-up files and data storage capacity for all your data including electronic messages.
