1. Tariffs Tariffs are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking.2. Bookings To secure your booking we require a deposit of 50%. The balance of monies is due upon arrival in Noosa whilst checking in. We accept cash, Mastercard and Visa.
3. Cancellations In the event of a tenant cancelling for any reason whatsoever, it shall be a condition that no refund of the deposit shall be made unless and until the premises are re-let at the same tariff for the full rental of the proposed occupancy. A service fee of 12% of the deposit held shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking. It shall also be a condition that all reservations remain subject to approval by the owner of the property.
4. Check-in Times Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.
5. Telephone A telephone is available for local, tollfree and incoming calls.
6. Linen Linen is supplied. For bookings of 10-14 days the property will be cleaned and linen changed midway during stay. For bookings over 14 days the property will be cleaned and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.
7. Pets Pets are welcome and, we hope, will enjoy their holiday as much as you will. A kennel and food and water bowls are provided but not pets' bedding - for hygiene reasons.
